Rachel and Glynn: Baker Building Portland Wedding

January 29, 2023

Every once in a while, a wedding photographer wins the client Jackpot.

This time, that wedding photographer was me. I won the client jackpot with Rachel and Glynn.

Imagine the kindest, most fun, down-to-earth people you know.. the kind of people whose laughs make everyone else laugh too. Thats’ Rachel and Glynn. I knew they were my favorite people when our one hour meeting over drinks turned into more like three hours of just becoming pals and snorting into our beers.

Rachel and Glynn not only trusted me to make tintypes for their engagement session (click here to learn more about the tintypes I make… I’ve included one below!), they threw the most amazing wedding at The Baker Building here in Portland. This venue is dreamy: a perfect mixture of a grown-up (but not stuffy) sophisticated city vibes with some vintage flair, and lots of very photographic backdrops.

Like all weddings I truly love, Rachel and Glynn thoughtfully chose meaningful details which made the celebration feel personalized. Vegan donuts from Doe Donuts in lieu of cake, a handmade felt banner from etsy, embroidered jacket details, and those flowers….

I loved every part of this wedding, and I’m so happy that it brought Rachel and Glynn into my life!

xx

I love you, babe...
So bad.”
